We ship domestically Australia wide

For Australian orders, once you have made your purchase, please allow 1-3 business days for it to be processed at our facility before shipment.

Our shipping is free for all orders Australia wide

Shortly after shipment, your tracking details will be emailed to you from Australia Post.

When receiving your order, if you have allowed the courier authority to deliver your package without a signature or leave it in a safe spot on the delivery premise, we are not held liable in the event that the parcel goes missing.

If this does unfortunately happen, we will investigate your case and if it is deemed missing by Australia Post, we will offer a refund or resend your order.
